I love these headphones, I've had them now for 6 months and have had zero issues. They are very comfortable, the noise cancelling has 2 settings alert and quiet. I use them for music, watching shows on my laptop and while making business calls so my hands are free. Battery life is really good as well, I use alot and maybe recharge every couple days. I was nervous about white, but in 6 mos. They still look great, but I do put back in case when I'm done.

I love these headphones. I get overwhelmed by sounds sometimes and was looking for over the ear headphones that can block out sounds. I have never owned anything Bose in my life and after research chose the QC45. These blew me away, as soon as you put them on and turn on every sound gets hushed. They're also very comfortable at one point I fell asleep with them on. I own a pair of airpod pros and these are better for sounds quality. The only downside I've noticed is the battery dies quickly.

Use these at work, replacing my Beats, and I thought “These are just right for replacing my Beats (Solos, I believe) until an incident where a machine had something go wrong, and the person I work with placed total blame on my headphones. Originally, it upset me deeply, as I figure he’s just old and doesn’t understand the times of being able to function and listen to music at the same time, as I’ve done this with my Beats and never had those blamed, but, after compromising and remembering these have a button to activate quiet or aware mode, I found that quiet mode may have sucked more sound than I originally thought (Him saying if I had heard the machine, I could’ve caught the malfunction.) You can still hear things in quiet mode though, but I do find aware mode to be much different, though with some songs, it seems awareness even gets drowned out, so beware. Good sound though.

Due to an injury I had in an accident, I had to spend some time in the hospital and then a month in a nursing/rehabilitation center. I had 2 roommates, one who constantly played her radio, the other, her TV. Plus my bed was near the always-open door so there was the hallway noise with staff, their radio, and residents doing therapy or just hanging out. It was almost 24 hours of stimulation. I had my wired earbuds to watch shows on my laptop, and play music when I worked to try to block out the sounds, until a friend recommended noise-cancellation headphones, so I purchased these, and they were a Godsend. It greatly diminished/eliminated the ambient noise, and the sound is amazing, which I expected given that it's Bose. It made my time at the rehab center more bearable. I also use them at home which has far less noise than the rehab center. Only thing is that I can't hear my husband when he calls me, even when we're in the same room. He's scared me a couple of times because I didn't hear/see him coming. Not that that's an issue :-), but it speaks to how well they work. They are my go-to headphones (and yes I can use them to talk on the phone too). These are much better than, and easier to use, than some cheap "wireless /Bluetooth" airbuds I've used in the past.
