Great sound isolation in live settings. Really good in ear monitors for a reasonable price. With plenty of ear tip sizes
I was skeptical of buying these coming from Shure 425’s and 535’s. After a month or two I will say that the sound quality from these Westone’s blow the Shure’s out of the water. My only complaint is the thin flimsy headphone cable. Other than that I am very pleased.
I don't know if they're worth it, but I sure like them. All the people whining about the thin wire are out of their mind. That thin little wire is tough enough to tow a truck. And it fits very nicely around the ear, snugs up behind the head, and runs down to the pack. I've had no problems with it at all. If you're budget conscious, maybe the 3's are the way to go. If you wanna splurge, buy these. Go ahead and do it. You know you want to.
Sounds great but every time you pull these out to use them, you'll spend 20 minutes untangling these super tiny wires and they get full of knots.
