Positive - great sound with high @ mids vocals very little bass/ -transparent mode @ great cancellation great watching movies on only apple devices - and with certain movies Thur apple and there very simple to hook up Thur Bluetooth connection - and controls on head phone very simple - with voice prompt -and phone calls
Negatives - price way over the sound quality not very loud /no off and on has to be trigger / by a case looks like a purse or bra /you have to adjust the rods each time to put in case over time I figure ware and tare - very heavy and they cause pain to ears due to the aluminum sides - the aluminum sides bump each other wonder over time that they be scratch - make sure u have protected rubber silicone by 3rd sellers -the mash- top of band properly will tare on you over time - and as spoken compensation can happen if you go from hot to cold air temperature. - or even sweat. During walking or running -@ working out ( apple knows this but they want you to wipe out cups each time - if you ears are lower -on head or a person that has a big head -it’s possible they won’t fully fit over the ears -even at max extension there not comfort on people wearing glasses also and if you have ringing in ears or wax build up in ears you will hear popping - cracking sound due to pressure of no cancellations /transparent modes -you really have to be gentle with these - like pins and needles gentle THIS IS MOSTLY A FASHION STATEMENT WITH THESE with the wow factor at first but with these. There mostly a indoor headphone
To compare quality - sound Bose -Sony leading brands sound just as good with higher volume @ 1/2 the price Battery 12 -18 hours base on volume/ and different modes my honest opinion save your money look else ware - to many negatives for 450 -550 headphones

Ear buds always bothered me. Now that I’ve experienced these, I’ll never live without over the ear headphones. I don’t have anything to compare these to, but the noise cancellation, spatial audio, sound quality, auto pairing with Apple devices…that was enough for me, but these also paired easily with my Windows Laptop. I can make a phone call and no one is yelling that they can’t hear me. It took me a moment to realize they are adjustable, which is even more awesomeness. 10/10, highly recommend for anyone, but especially if you have ADD or ADHD. The noise cancellation literally changed my life. It’s almost a double edged sword. Can’t hear when the washer/dryer finishes, I forget I ever put clothes in. I live in a high traffic area. No more listening to people driving by with their loud music or exhausts. Only my own loud music. LOVE THESE.

- the way it works with Apple devices gives it such an advantage over Sony and Bose, etc.

Air Pods Max are easily the highest quality headphones I have handled; they look at and feel premium and are crafted exceptionally well – even the buttons are strong and durable; these are basically on another level entirely. When extending the headphones, there is a steel connector with resistance when adjusting the sizing to fit your head properly.

The XM4/QC35 are hard plastic – nothing special or extravagant; the XM4 look better than the QC35 however.

Spatial Audio Note:

I was completely blown away when I loaded an Apple TV series on my phone to test the spatial audio feature. It felt like I had speakers surround me in a 360 fashion at the move theatres. I stood there for 5 minutes with my eyes wide opened in disbelief that headphones were capable of offering this level of experience. It is something that you have to try it to believe it. This is what sold me the most.
